We all believe that traveling is amazing, but it can be demanding and detrimental to our health when we’re constantly on the go. Allow me to share 16 tips to help you stay fit on the road.
- REST, SLEEP, AND SLEEP. The most important thing you can do while vacationing is sleep. Your body needs rest when you are bodily traveling, crossing timezones, holding luggage to and from destinations, walking all day, and so forth. Touring is harsh on the body so be sure to get a lot of rest. How much is enough? Pay attention to your body. - STRETCH IT OUT! Have got a complete day ahead? Commit at least 5-10 minutes every morning to expand prior to starting your day of adventure. Stretch your biceps and triceps, legs, neck, shoulders, and back – you’ll feel so refreshed. It’s not hard to go in simple neck and shoulder stretches throughout the day as long as you’re waiting for your food, the bathroom, transportation, etc. I also stretch right before sleeping because it relaxes my muscles and gives myself an improved night sleep.
